I can see what a few of your problems are right now. First, your English skills are lacking quite a bit. Even if English isn't your first language, if you are applying someplace where English is the main language spoken and written, you aren't cutting the mustard. I'm not talking about typos - I'm talking about using incorrect words, poor sentence structures, and holy crap, you are quite verbose.

If you can get in with a job agency, TAKE THEIR FREE CLASSES and have them help you write a resume, cover letter, and help them get you trained on the computer for word and excel.

If you keep getting fired after two or three days, something is very off putting about you and you need someone to be honest with you about what it is.

You will NOT find work in any kind of nicer art gallery. To do so, even with an Art major, you need sales experience and upscale interpersonal skills.

Perhaps what would help would be to go back to your community college and take a bunch of English, communication, and composition classes.

If you are mentally challenged or learning impaired, then find someone who can help you. Goodwill is good for this and there are loads and loads of charities who help place developmentally disabled people in decent jobs. I know that we have several mentally challenged folks collecting carts at our local grocery store, Target, and WalMart (or so I hear, I don't shop at WalMart).

Before you start a full-fledged congressional investigation, go talk to the person in charge of Goodwill, and get their side of the story. Please don't charge in like some sort of avenging angel, though, or you'll put them in a defensive position, and you will accomplish nothing. Be polite, and ask why they pay at this scale.

Also, ask what benefits your daughter gets from the program.

-Does she get socialization?
-Does she get training?
-Does she get a meal?
-Does she get a chance to visit with friends?
-Does she get a chance to get out in the world, and feel like she's doing something productive?
-How much work does she do - how many pieces does she produce in an hour, for example?
-How many could you do, as an able-bodied person?
-Does she enjoy the time at Goodwill?
-Is it a secure environment - a place where you know she will be cared for, and not allowed to wander off or get lost?

In my view, the pay is only a minor part of this situation. Having a job and feeling needed may give your daughter a sense of satisfaction that she may not otherwise have. Before you try to "fix" the problem you see, be sure you don't cause her - and maybe many others - a lot more problems.

Billions and billions of dollars from the entire world poured into Haiti earlier this year, and this is the result. As in, there is no result.<br />If this isn't proof that Aid money is a fraudulent scam to even the most dense individual, I don't know what will convince them.
