No one will hire a felon. Your best bet is to work to get legislation passed to get your felony expunged. There is a bill in Congress but is stuck in committee called HR1529. You must write your congress people and urge them to pass this bill into law. Google federal expungement and learn more. Your fate is in your hands.

If you are a felon and can’t find a job in Indiana then consider working from your own home. You may say “I don’t know much about all this tech stuff. Working from home is a scam.”

Well, let me assure you that it ain’t. If you know what you’re doing you can succeed in it. Online money making is a skill and just like any other skill, it can be learned. Go ahead and give it a try – you can always quit it if you don’t like it. But be sure that you will learn a lot of new things that will help you with getting job in real life. Hey, you just may end up saying “The heck with real life job. I earn enough online!”

I have been to a lot of interviews and I must say that it is important how you are dressed. If you want to get job in a bank then you should come to the job interview dressed nice and elegant. Tie is almost a must. But on the other hand, if you have a job interview for a work as a construction worker then tie is kinda odd thing to wear. Consider what type of job interview you have and then dress accordingly.

If you don’t have luck in job interviews then you have only one option left: you should be your own boss. And with work from home this can be done really easy! All you need is some knowledge and you need to take things in your hands and start working!

Work from home sure has a lot of benefits (you work when you want, you don’t need anyone else to look after your kids, you slowly build up your monthly income) and some downsides (first you may earn less than in an office). But there are so many benefits that you really should consider working from your own home!

I need help finding gainful employment so that I can support myself and my family. I have a felony conviction on my record and I can’t seem to get employers to over look this. What can I do and where I go to find a meaningful job?

i am a 25 year old man with a theft felony on my record and have been unable to find employment in my hometown.i do not have a license so i cant go out of town to look foe a job.i was told by many that goodwill may be able to help and really need that.i was evicted from my apt. last week and have nowhere to live and no way to support myself.friends are taking turns giving me a place to sleep but i really need a job.
