great question bro, honestly its hard to say, maybe because so many ppl are possible but also because I may not know who could help us right now. Clearly we need a recruiter b/c our school doesn't 'sell itself' so to speak, D-coaches usually catch my attn although he was an unreal D-coordinator so, IDK anymore. :/ I just hope its not too rushed and we get someone good even if its not a grad. Oh sure they will be, particularly in modern ammo.
