Meanwhile, in the transitional employment service, Goodwill Industries provide temporary jobs to ex-felons to help them get the work experience that they may need when applying for other jobs.

Finding a job for an ex-felon in Indiana is a difficult task because most companies will immediately reject a person’s application upon seeing his criminal record. On top of that, many employers who are willing to accept a person who had been convicted of a felony only provide a minimum wage salary.
